Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Manager to remotely lead a sales team within a company currently undergoing a time of exponential growth. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and team members.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Life and Health insurance license required upon hire.
