Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build your own insurance agency within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and leadership skills.

• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales and management.
• Strong ambition and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A professional license in Life & Health is required, but guidance will be provided through the licensing process for top candidates!
